Terms & Conditions

By purchasing any Product or Program from Therese Sheedy you agree to the following terms outlined in this agreement.

We are committed to providing all Product or Program participants with a positive Product experience.
If you have purchased a Product that requires email contact, we will email you personally to the email address you provided upon registration.
We will provide you with downloadable resources where it is stated in your Product description.
If you are accessing our Members Only portal, you will need to use your password created by you when you joined.
You will only have access to the Members Only Portal if it is part of your Product.
If you purchase a Program, the duration of access to that Program and the Members Only Portal will be clearly written in your Terms and Conditions for that Program.
If you require access to Therese for Coaching purposes or as part of your purchased Program you will be given instructions on how to make bookings via the online calendar. These sessions will be conducted via an online platform such as Zoom, and will be used by mutual agreement.

By purchasing any Product you agree to pay the advertised price in Australian Dollars AUD, including any appropriate taxes.
Where stated you may be able to choose a payment plan to suit your needs. In doing so you are committing to the Terms and Conditions of the specified payment plan for that selected Product.
You agree that all materials and information provided to you through the purchased Product or Program are the intellectual property of Therese Sheedy and may only be used by you as authorised by the Product agreement.
You will not reproduce, distribute or sell any of the materials provided to you through Therese Sheedy.
You will not share your login details with any third party to access.
You will use and complete any Product or Program in the spirit it is given, giving it your fullest and best spirited attention.

We have made every effort to accurately represent any Product or Program and its potential.

The testimonials and examples used are not intended to guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar result.
