2021 – Monday Meditations are back!
Due to the restrictions caused by CoVid19, 2020 saw a massive interruption to the delivery of our meditation program.
After closing our face-to-face program we moved to an online forum with great success.
Melbourne lockdown impacted greatly on many people so we decided to donate all the proceeds for Term 4 to FoodBank Victoria supporting those families most at risk.
Again this year, when you pay your full fee, 10% will be donated to FoodBank Victoria.
Our mindfulness program helps you understand the connections in your world and how to live more mindfully. You learn the practices of mindfulness one week at a time.
You will learn:

- To identify and manage the mind body connection
- How to meditate to calm your thinking
- To be more connected and productive
- How to practice meditation-on-the-go!
