2021 – Monday Meditations are back!
Due to the restrictions caused by CoVid19, 2020 saw a massive interruption to the delivery of our meditation program.
After closing our face-to-face program we moved to an online forum with great success.
Knowing that Melbourne lockdown impacted greatly on many people, we decided to donate all the proceeds for Term 4 to FoodBank Victoria supporting those families most at risk.
Again this year, when you pay your full fee, 10% will be donated to FoodBank Victoria.
Our mindfulness program helps you understand the connections in your world and how to live more mindfully, while taking on the practices of mindfulness one week at a time. You will learn the difference between mindfulness and meditation; to identify and manage the mind body connection; how to meditate to calm your thinking as well as be more connected and productive; and also how to practice meditation-on-the-go!
Monday Meditations
We are in our 2nd week of the term and this Monday 8th Feb, will be the last ‘free’ Monday. If you would like to join us for a trial session please contact Therese (see below). Term fees, $165 (incl GST), are due before Monday 15th February.
Classes are held online for at least Term 1 due to CoVid restrictions. Once you have paid your term fees you will be sent a Zoom link, which will be used each week for the time being.

Mindfulness 101 – on hold during CoVid restrictions – may become online format during 2021.
This 2 hour workshop is designed to introduce you to living mindfully in this wonderful world. Actually, mindfulness will teach you to pay attention, participate and appreciate more fully this wonderful world.
