Everyday Mindfulness Meditation 4 Week Program

Starting your Mindfulness journey can be exciting and daunting. If you live life at a frantic pace and it feels as if you are chasing your tail, then Mindfulness Meditation is just for you. So many people say they just can’t sit still long enough to meditate, or they just can’t stop thinking so meditation’s not for them.  If you want to explore meditation then mindfulness is the way to do it.  This program will introduce you to mindfulness in your daily routines like driving, eating, showering and walking.  Mindfulness doesn’t always mean sitting down and focusing on the breath – which for some sounds just plain boring!

Classes are based on science and psychological research.  They are interactive,
experiential and fun.

It helps to understand our mind if we want to either change our thinking or at least not get swept away by it.  We begin with observing our thoughts, emotions and body sensations. By learning to meditate you will be able to notice thoughts and not get caught up in them. You will be able to relax the body, calm the mind and increase your ability to focus and concentrate.  It all takes practice and that’s why we have 4 weeks to explore how, when and what happens.

Mindfulness Meditation is meditation on the go. You will be able to use these techniques anywhere in your daily life.

Mindfulness 101

This 2 hour workshop is designed to introduce you to living mindfully in this wonderful world.  Actually, mindfulness will teach you to pay attention, participate and appreciate more fully this wonderful world.

Living in today’s 24/7 connected world can often lead us to feeling disconnected, being judged, even doubting ourselves.  As a society we are experiencing higher levels of stress, anxiety, depression, all decreasing our overall wellbeing.

Through mindfulness we can explore our priorities, our goals, our loves and our world, to find patience, peace, calm and clarity.  If you find you aren’t getting the enjoyment you want out of your relationships, then mindfulness could change your life.

This workshop draws on the latest research in neuroscience, wellbeing and meditation.

Designed for a small group format of 6-12 like-minded, curious people.
